If you’re a frequent visitor of our little blog, you would’ve noticed some downtime this last week. Our computer had been overheating (c’mon, you’re only one year old…), so I had started turning it off at nights. Then it still had heating issues, so we had been shutting it off during the day. Which meant our blog wasn’t available.
As much as we liked to believe that we have avid readers visiting everyday, or in reality my overzealous webmaster tendency to have perfect uptime, having our blog available twenty-four-seven wasn’t important.
But as we’ve looked at our electricity bill climb for a while, I bounced around the idea of moving our blog to a real web host service rather than running it on our home computer. After some discussion with Jenni, we weighed the benefits of using a web host and decided to go for it.
Some of the old links won’t work anymore because they used our dynamic DNS server forwarding, which you probably saw as “davidandjennilyn.homeip.net.” I’ll see about making any requests to that server go to our true server at “davidandjennilyn.com” but no promises. I doubt it’ll have much impact with most people, but I hope that people looking for our pirate pumpkin will still be able to find it =)
If you spot any errors, feel free to let us know in the comments 😉

I have been looking at pictures of your sweet family tonightand reading all of your different things of your experiences and am truly in awe of the three of you. Kadence is gorgeous, of course. David is such a great person I wish he had a brother old enough for my 40 year old daughter. As for you jenni I can’t say enough. Loved all the pictures and the way you are able to open your heart and share your experiences with everyone and your love of God and family has moved my heart so much I can’t put it in words. You and David have a gift of telling your story to where we feel we’ve been there with you. For David to open his thoughts to everyone especially his love for God and you is something so wonderful. I don’t know of many people that have what your little family has. I hope it last for many a generation. Love and hugs God bless you and yours
By the way forgot to mention in last comment that I loved your dancing. Please do more. I can dance anymore and I love to watch someone who knows how to dance.
Wow, Danni. You’ve made me tear up. Your encouraging words couldn’t have come at a better time. Your kindness is a deep felt blessing. Thank you. Miss you.
